Color Steps

Goal Connect colors with high and low pitch.

1. Press from the low color on the left to the high color on the right.
2. Play the two colors I show in the same order.
3. Choose three favorite colors and make a short song.

Follow the Color Score

Goal Follow a song’s order by reading picture symbols.

1. Listen to the song once, then find the next colored circle together.
2. Press the bar with the same color and follow one note at a time.
3. When you reach the end, show a friend the order you read.

If it is hard Treat finding the next color as success, even before the whole song is correct.

My Color Song

Goal Create a free melody by choosing colored cells.

1. Tap three colored cells you like in one row.
2. Press play and move your hand along with your sound.
3. Play it for a friend and ask, ‘How did it feel?’

If it is hard If a child freezes, choose two cells together to lower the starting pressure.
